What we do best
DESIGN
Our Transformers are designed using a modern computerized system to achieve the optimal balance between cost and efficiency.
CORE
We use rectangular “Wescore” type cores constructed from grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, which ensures the transformer will operate quietly and with low losses.
COILS
Also known as windings. Copper enameled wire is used in high voltage, and aluminum strip in low voltage. These are insulated with insulating paper that stabilizes insulation against dehydration, hydrolysis, and oxidation, enabling higher operating temperatures without sacrificing the Transformer’s lifespan.
TANK
It is made of carbon steel and/or stainless steel with micro-wire welding. Its design is determined by calculating the mechanical stresses (pressure, vacuum, short-circuit, and transportation) to which it will be subjected.
POWDER PAINT SYSTEM
We have the most convenient powder painting system from Nordson (ENCORE POWDER SPRAY SYSTEM) so we guarantee 100% quality, improving efficiency, flexibility and productivity in our painting process.
INSULATING LIQUID
The oil used complies with the IEEE C57.12.00 standard and undergoes dielectric strength tests. Eco-friendly vegetable-based FR3 dielectric oil with a low flammability point is also used.
